Stress at Work Affecting Your Performance?
Are you stressed to the max? Are you finding yourself becoming less productive, not meeting deadlines, and having a hard time concentrating on important tasks screaming to be accomplished? You are not alone. In the current work world many bosses as well as employees and entrepreneurs are having a hard time remaining sharp and effective.
Increased stress levels raise blood pressure, lowers immune system response and sex drive, and negatively impacts our ability to relax and enjoy beneficial relationships at home. Lack of sleep or the inability to fall asleep due to stress further degrades our work performance. A cascading effect of negative behaviors can impact our work day and the relationships there as well, making our time at work unproductive and unfulfilling.
It’s easier than you think to reverse stress with simple and effective relaxation techniques given through hypnotherapy sessions. Hypnotherapy is a safe and recognized therapeutic healing modality recognized and accepted by the AMA since 1958. Karen McKy of Awakening Knowledge Hypnotherapy states, “Hypnotherapy can help a client move through challenges 7-10 times faster than regular talk therapy and it is extremely effective in alleviating stress.”
Each person’s reasons for stress are unique unto them. Therefore, individual sessions focus on what the causing factors are that have created the stress. Then, specific tailored sessions directly focus on these trouble areas. Hypnotherapy is so specific and customized to the individual that relatively few sessions are required to gain lasting results. Additional work at home with CD’s from the client’s sessions deepen the results.
